Thank you for signing up to volunteer at Crosscut! Our trail center and property require ongoing maintenance efforts, and we appreciate you taking the time to help us improve this important resource for our community.

Please fill out the form below prior to arrival at Crosscut. We collect this information seasonally to ensure all of our volunteers are covered under our workers compensation insurance. You only have to fill out this form once each season, so if you have already done so there is no need to resubmit.
