Practice is the key to progress! The four-session series will get you pedaling and flowing more efficiently on your bike. We’ll work our way through progressions of bike body balance, braking, cornering, climbing and descending. We will practice skills and explore the trails of Crosscut while building confidence and having lots of fun!
The series provides a chance to commit to progress - taking the emerging rider to the next level of skill on varying terrain. Recommended for those who have some experience riding trails.
Series Structure:
This is a 4-part series meeting once a week on Sundays for 4 weeks, 1.5 hours each session.
This clinic is designed for those who:
Would like to commit to improvement over the course of a month
Have some experience riding trails and basic singletrack
Would like to improve their technical skill and fitness
Eager to learn about their bike and and simple maintenance
Skill Focus:
Body position, bike body separation, range of motion
Speed management and brake timing
Steep climbs, flowy downhills
Building up to rooty and rocky terrain

Sundays, July 6th, 13th, 20th, & 27th; 5:00 - 6:30pm
