Crosscut Biathlon Race #1 - Sprint Race
Race format will be a Sprint race with assigned time penalties instead of penalty laps. Each category will ski three laps and have two shooting bouts. Courses will be dependent on conditions day of race and will be posted in the stadium.
No day of race registration
Schedule
8:30-9:30am – Bib pick up
9:00-9:30am – Novice Safety Clinic (all novice racers must attend safety clinic)
9:00-9:45am – Zeroing (lanes assigned morning of event)
10:00am – Start
Class order and start list will be assigned after registration closes on January 17th at noon. All sport categories will race consecutively starting at 10am, novice races will follow.
USBA Membership
Competitors will either need to be USBA (United States Biathlon Association) members or pay a one-day membership fee of $10 during registration.
