Happy New Year!

It was an amazing year at Crosscut in 2018 and on behalf of our committed staff and ever-growing and devoted volunteer ambassadors, I would like to wish you a Happy New Year and a successful start to 2019!

As we enter 2019, I want to share some special thanks:

  • To all who participated in our 2018 Matching Challenge Campaign – THANK YOU for showing your support and belief in our shared vision for Crosscut. With your help we are moving ever closer to a new venue, lodge, and trail system.
  • THANK YOU to our season pass holders and patrons! You have broken every record in the Crosscut books this season. We’ve seen more pass holders, more gear rentals, more ski lessons, and more day passes than ever before. With every new face, the Crosscut community expands.
  • THANK YOU to our “Blue Coats” – the volunteers who have chosen to spend their time helping us achieve our goals. From cleaning windows to grooming narrow-gauge trails, you make Crosscut a better place and we are grateful for your daily contributions

The future is bright for Crosscut. With more than 2,000 Montana students enrolled in our ski education program, a new FIS-homologated 5km race course, a new U.S. Paralympic Team facility, a growing trail network, a burgeoning youth biathlon team, 2km of lighted ski trails, and many more highlights – Crosscut is teeming with activity this season. We are working hard to continue this momentum by adding partnerships and making Crosscut a landscape of activity that will serve the Bozeman community for generations to come.

Whether you’re a subscriber to our newsletter, a “Blue Coat,” a pass holder, or a contributor to our 2018 Matching Challenge, we appreciate your commitment to Crosscut.

I look forward to seeing you on the trails in 2019!
